Effortlessly Manage Different Leave Scenarios with Hire2Retire

As part of the Phase 6.3 release, Hire2Retire now supports multiple types of leave scenarios to provide greater flexibility when managing employees on leave.

Hire2Retire, RoboMQ’s leading employee lifecycle management solution, makes it easy to correctly handle employee profiles during leaves of absence. However, not all leaves are created equally, and effectively managing these scenarios requires different approaches, That’s why Hire2Retire has added four new leave scenarios in addition to the existing long-term leave: FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), Security, Disciplinary, and Legal leaves.
Each of the new leave scenarios affects employee profiles differently. Employee profiles that are placed on FMLA leave will stay active and retain their license provisioning, while security and disciplinary leaves will result in account deactivation with memberships and licenses being revoked. And that’s not all! Hire2Retire has also revamped its communication hub with a customizable email template for each new leave type, ensuring timely and efficient communication when employees go on leave.

Executing different leave scenarios in your Hire2Retire workflow is simpler than ever. Just go to the “Lifecycle Business Rules” section of your Hire2Retire workflow and click on Leave Types. Out of the four leave type options, check the boxes whichever is applicable based on your organization’s specific needs. With Hire2Retire’s enhanced capabilities, you can seamlessly handle various leave scenarios, empowering your HR and IT team to keep their focus on strategic initiatives.
