Founded in the year 2001, Centro Ararat is a primary health service provider with a team of health experts that offer premier diagnosis to tackle a variety of medical conditions, including HIV and other infectious diseases. As a non-profit clinical organization, Centro Ararat ensures that everyone has access to high-quality clinical services in an inclusive and safe environment.
Having a presence in more than six locations across Puerto Rico, the clinical services department of Centro Ararat was well-composed, with proper medical and nursing staff, medical case managers, nutritionists, and psychologists in place. However, with time, its clientele grew, and so did its workforce. The IT and HR team of the organization were already under a burden because of the ongoing manual onboarding and access provisioning process. The increased workforce came with the cost of time-consuming manual updates in AD and typical and confusing group-based privileges.
Centro Ararat was managing a team of medical staff from diversified specializations, and there was no way they could depend on IT professionals to provide the required access based on position and job function manually. It helped Centro Ararat in integrating its HRIS, which is BambooHR with AD (Active Directory), through no-code end-to-end integration to keep its over 200 employee profiles updated and consistent across systems.
