Oscar-nominated Actress Glenn Close once said, “What mental health actually needs is more sunlight, more candor, and more unashamed conversations, and no one can deny that. When your colleague notices you burning with fever, he does not wait much before recommending you to a good doctor. But it is unlikely the same person will suggest you a therapist with the same confidence if he finds you struggling with anxiety and depression. It is the 21st century but talking about mental and behavioral health issues is still considered taboo.

However, there are some communitielike Rethink First that are trying to break this glass ceiling by raising behavioral health awareness and promoting mental wellness solutions and care. Keeping in mind the need of the hour, Rethink First provides cloud-based treatment tools and clinical support to educators, employers, and mental health professionals alike to address behavioral health issues like Autism. It is a global health technology company that combines advanced datanalytics, cloud technology, and healthcare together with an aim to provide high-quality clinical services on a global level.

Struggles and Pains

Founded in the year 2007, the initial aim of Rethink First was to make autism treatment training tools and care accessible for all. However, as it grew, it realized how important it is to provide care and behavioral health support that goes beyond formal diagnosis to every section of society. Rethink First evolved its goal focusing on changing the whole behavioral health landscape, supporting and empowering everyone from those with behavioral health challenges to individuals and institutions who are in charge of supporting them.

To accomplish this mission, Rethink First grew its workforce and hired a team of dedicated professionals willing and capable of supporting this cause. While this move helped Rethink First get recognition as a top customer-focused solution, the company needed help to manage the newly added profiles of its more than 350 employees. Due to the lack of proper automated HR management and resource provisioning processes in place, the IT team of Rethink First was under constant strain, manually extracting employee data, mapping, and allocating licenses to new hires.  

 

Also, being a health technology company that deals with data analytics and crucial innovations, keeping the company recipes safe and concealed was highly important. The company could not afford to let its terminated employees still have access to their sensitive data and resources. Rethink First needed a solution that could streamline the onboarding and termination processes and ensure that their sensitive recipes are safe with a proper role-based access control system. To receive that solution, Rethink First turned to RoboMQ.   

Resolution
