Struggles and Pains

With over 25 subsidiaries and offices spread as far out as Brazil, South Africa, Japan, and Australia, maintaining over 1,000 employee profiles between ADP and Active Directory (AD) proved a daunting challenge for LECO. IT teams and sysadmins struggled to keep up with the demand caused by employee lifecycle changes, especially as the company built new facilities in 2012 and 2018.
