Conditional Shared Mailboxes
A setup in Hire2Retire for conditional shared mailboxes.
A terminated employee’s mailbox can now be converted into a shared mailbox based on user-defined conditions, allowing you to decide what employee mailboxes will be converted upon termination.

Hire2Retire now supports AI Insights for Azure AD Group Memberships.
Hire2Retire now displays group change details for Azure AD Distribution and O365 groups on the Observe page.
Hire2Retire now offers users the ability to selectively purge attributes upon termination.
Hire2Retire now offers the capability to remove employees automatically after a user-defined aging period.
It is now possible to automatically terminate multiple identities linked with the same Employee ID.
