Hire2Retire Phase 4.8: Deltek Costpoint Support, Lookup Table Mapping, and More
At RoboMQ, we’ve been working diligently to ensure Hire2Retire remains the best solution for automating employee lifecycle management, and we have taken another step forward with the release of Hire2Retire Phase 4.8. Let’s take a look at some of the key new features that have been implemented:

Deltek Costpoint Support
Deltek Costpoint support in Hire2Retire.
Hire2Retire now supports Deltek Costpoint HCM to AD integration, adding to a lineup of over 12 leading HRIS systems.

Email Write-Backs
A diagram of email write backs in Hire2Retire.
After creating an email address for a new hire in AD, Hire2Retire can now automatically update the email field in the employee’s HRIS profile. (Exclusively for BambooHR users and ADP users with API integration)
New Feature
Lookup Table Mapping
A GIF of lookup tables in Hire2Retire.
You can now build dynamic lookup tables on the UX while creating a workflow to translate and map values, expand acronyms, and add complex if-then-else data mappings.
Why Were These Features Implemented?

"We have added Deltek Costpoint HCM platform integration with AD or Azure AD to address demand from businesses working with federal, local and state governments. Such customers can now manage employee lifecycle and have tight role-based access controls (RBAC) and resource provisioning at a fraction of the existing cost."

Other Features and Improvements in Hire2Retire Phase 4.8
Where applicable, Hire2Retire will now automatically recognize and adjust to daylight savings time. In addition, time zone names have been updated.
Multiple bugs have been fixed and minor improvements have been made.
