Struggles and Pains

TXHB faced challenges managing employee profiles across the employee lifecycle. The manual process of creating, updating, and provisioning profiles for over 105 employees was slow, inefficient, and prone to errors. This led to a poor employee experience, security risks related to improper access control, and wasted resources.
