Struggles and Pains

The last thing Atlanta Habitat for Humanity needed to worry about in its mission to provide affordable housing was internal employee operations. However, the manual process of managing employee profiles across the employment lifecycle constantly got in the way. When overburdened Sysadmins couldn’t keep up with demand, new hires were stuck without key system access on their first days at work. When terminated employees retained system access, it opened security risks for Atlanta Habitat for Humanity, and when inaccurate and inconsistent profiles caused confusion, it only slowed operations down further.
