In 2002, a trio of trailblazers had a bold vision to revolutionize the fitness industry. They founded Self Esteem Brands LLC with a mission to make health and wellness accessible to everyone anytime, anywhere. With innovative concepts like Anytime Fitness, they shattered the traditional gym model and empowered individuals to prioritize their well-being on their own terms. Today, Self Esteem Brands LLC is a prominent franchise company, home to multiple cutting-edge brands such as The Bar Method, Waxing the City, and Basecamp Fitness, catering to diverse needs and lifestyles. 

Struggles and Pains

As SE Brands, a global conglomerate, expanded its portfolio through strategic acquisitions, it witnessed rapid growth in its employee base. From its inception with just one brand and a handful of employees, SE Brands has acquired multiple brands and established offices in various regions, resulting in a workforce of hundreds of employees spread across 39 countries and all the seven continents (including Antarctica). 

Now, with this huge workforce, SE Brands was bound to face many challenges if it relied on manual interventions of every employee lifecycle event update. And that’s what was happening. The existing HRIS, and IT access management systems – UKG Pro and AD were not equipped to handle the scale and complexity of managing employees across different locations, roles, and organizational structures.
