TX Health Benefits (TXHB) was founded to help companies across Texas provide better employee benefits to keep employees happy and healthy. As a non-profit risk pool, TXHB uses its partnerships in the health insurance industry and combined buying power to offer better benefits at below-market rates.

Struggles and Pains

TXHB faced challenges managing employee profiles across the employee lifecycle. The manual process of creating, updating, and provisioning profiles for over 105 employees was slow, inefficient, and prone to errors. This led to a poor employee experience, security risks related to improper access control, and wasted resources. With an eye on 2024, TXHB prioritized finding an API-based ADP to AD integration solution to automate these tasks.

RoboMQ implemented Hire2Retire as a fully automated employee identity lifecycle management product for TXHB. Hire2Retire provided TXHB with automated, end-to-end, no-code data integration between ADP, AD, and Entra ID in a Hybrid AD setup, automatically syncing data between the two platforms upon an employee lifecycle event happening. Thanks to Hire2Retire, TXHB could:
