Managing employee onboarding, offboarding and role changes across multiple locations in 5 different states created a challenging situation for NGK’s USA division. NGK USA’s search brought them to RoboMQ and led to the implementation of Hire2Retire as a fully automated employee lifecycle management and identity provisioning system. Hire2Retire provided NGK USA with end-to-end data integration between ADP and AD. As a no-code, full-service product it allowed NGK USA to efficiently manage the employee identities in their system.
