As an organization working diligently towards helping other organizations grow, AMBA needed to optimize its own business process. As their customer organizations grew in membership, AMBA was also expanding nationwide – employing local field agents and staff to provide consistent support. With a limited number of sysadmins, AMBA’s small IT team was tasked with creating new employee profiles, providing access to resources, and allotting these new hires to the right groups manually.
