While Kent Corporation’s subsidiary model helps divide up manufacturing responsibilities, the structure makes managing a workforce of over 2,000 employees in 40 different locations much more difficult. The company’s Sysadmins found themselves pouring resources into the tedious task of keeping employee profiles updated and accurate between UltiPro and Active Directory (AD).
