Since its selection as McDonald’s first fresh ground beef supplier in 1955, OSI has quietly expanded to become one of the largest global food providers, ensuring premium meat products across dozens of countries. With operations spanning multiple continents, OSI recognized the need to standardize business processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain stringent quality control across its facilities.
Managing 65 production facilities across 18 countries and a workforce of over 20,000 employees posed significant operational challenges for OSI. To maintain seamless production and uphold its high standards, OSI needed to eliminate manual processes and implement automated systems for improved efficiency and accuracy.
During the global rollout of Microsoft 365 (O365), OSI faced difficulties in keeping its Global Address List (GAL) updated in Active Directory (AD). Managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and role-based profile changes manually was time-consuming and prone to errors, disrupting communication and workforce management. To overcome these challenges, OSI sought an automated identity and access management solution to synchronize HR data with Active Directory in real time, eliminate manual efforts, and ensure seamless workforce transitions across its global operations.

As a no-code, full-service product, Hire2Retire seamlessly managed hundreds of thousands of employee identities, significantly reducing the cost and workload of manual account creation in Active Directory (AD), which previously relied on expensive sysadmin resources.
