Since 2001, Centro Ararat has been providing cutting-edge clinical services for the overall health and well-being of its patients through a team of medical staff from diversified specializations. With this diverse culture and rapidly increasing health workforce, Centro Ararat stays committed to its goal of making health care accessible for all. However, at a time, for its HR & IT team, this strategy created some difficulties and challenges.
