The existing manual process placed a heavy burden on Sysadmins to create, update, and sync employee profile data between Paycor and Entra ID (Azure AD). Delays in access provisioning led to poor onboarding and a lack of timely access removal created security risks upon terminations. XMEK needed to find a solution to optimize its HR and IT processes.

RoboMQ implemented Hire2Retire as a fully automated employee lifecycle management and identity provisioning product for XMEK. Hire2Retire provided XMEK with automated, end-to-end, no-code data integration between Paycor and Entra ID (Azure AD), automatically syncing data between the two platforms upon an employee lifecycle event happening.
