Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world, has over 161 floors for various purposes. With 650 employees to manage spread over 12 different locations from coast to coast, Vantage noticed that their existing employee lifecycle management process was anything but smooth. A fully manual process for handling onboarding, role changes, and terminations between Paycom and AD was placing too much of a burden on Vantage’s Sysadmins.
