As Arc Human Services celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2022, it noticed that its existing employee lifecycle management process wasn’t working smoothly or efficiently. Sysadmins were tasked with manually creating, provisioning, and updating employee profiles in Paycom and Active Directory (AD) across lifecycle changes. With over 650 profiles to manage, the amount of work required was too much of a burden to keep up with. Delays and human errors were affecting the entire organization’s HR-IT processes, from onboarding to terminations. As a non-profit, Arc Human Services couldn’t afford to hire the number of Sysadmins needed to keep up, so they sought out a cost-effective, automated profile management solution.
