Struggles and Pains

Despite providing a service designed to optimize inefficient processes, AoFrio struggled to optimize its existing employee lifecycle management process. Sysadmins manually created, synchronized, and provisioned employee profiles, but with over 120 profiles spread across 4 different continents, the workload was overburdening AoFrio’s Sysadmins. Delays and errors were confusing who worked where, leaving new hires without system access and opening security risks when termination access removal wasn’t performed on time.
