Setting up this integration is an easy process. Simply navigate to the “Service Desk” section in your Hire2Retire workflow and select “Salesforce Service Cloud” from list of available service desk options and follow the easy configuration steps.

Once you have configured the integration and linked your Salesforce Service Cloud, you can define triggers for ticket creation, ensuring streamlined processes tailored to your needs.
