Salesforce Service Cloud is a leader in Service Management, and now, with Hire2Retire’s latest update, you can easily automate service desk ticket creation when employee profiles are created, updated, or deactivated. Setting up this integration is an easy process. Simply navigate to the “Service Desk” section in your Hire2Retire workflow and select “Salesforce Service Cloud” from list of available service desk options and follow the easy configuration steps.
