Review and Approve Automated Employee Lifecycle Changes in Hire2Retire’s Supervised Run Mode

As part of the Phase 7.1 release, Hire2Retire has introduced a new workflow deployment option to review and approve employee profile changes in your Hire2Retire workflow.

Hire2Retire workflows provide automated employee lifecycle synchronization that allows you to “set it and forget it” once you deploy your workflow. But now, with the Phase 7.1 release, Hire2Retire has added the option to run workflows in supervised run mode. Using supervised run mode, Hire2Retire will wait for your Sysadmins to review and approve employee profile updates, ensuring a manual review for all employee lifecycle changes. Then, once your Sysadmins approve the changes, Hire2Retire will take care of the rest, deploying the changes to your IdP and keeping employee profiles synchronized, updated, and consistent.

To set up supervised run mode, navigate to the brand new “Review” page of your Hire2Retire workflow. Much like the already existing “Observe” page, the “Review” page will display all pending employee profile updates, and in the top right corner, you can toggle between the existing autopilot mode and supervised run mode at any time. When supervised run mode is activated, you will be able to select and approve pending employee lifecycle changes from the “Review” page. You can also choose between a range of options for the interval at which Hire2Retire will send pending update notification emails.

Without Hire2Retire, your Sysadmins must take on the full burden of updating and synchronizing employee lifecycle updates. Hire2Retire’s classic autopilot run mode completely automates the employee lifecycle synchronization process. But with Hire2Retire’s supervised run mode, you can get the best of both worlds, eliminating tons of manual, repetitive work and saving your organization time and money while maintaining full confidence that Hire2Retire is keeping your employee profiles accurate and updated.

Supervised run mode is just another example of how Hire2Retire can be customized to achieve whatever your business needs. While this feature provides confidence for new customers by allowing manual review of changes, we recommend using it as a transitional tool. Once you’re confident in the system’s accuracy, switching to autopilot mode will ensure maximum efficiency. So don’t waste any more time and schedule a discovery call with a Hire2Retire expert today!
