As part of the Phase 5.7 release, Two Hire2Retire Core Setup pages have been redesigned with a new User Interface (UI).
Setting up your Hire2Retire workflow is supposed to be a celebratory moment, marking the completion of the purchasing process and the elimination of worries related to manual employee lifecycle management. However, a complex User Interface (UI) can dampen the mood and slow down the process. That’s why the Hire2Retire Phase 5.7 release introduces a revamped user interface for the Employment Lifecycle Sync and Group Assignment steps of the Hire2Retire core setup, providing a cleaner and more structured view and increasing overall ease of use.
The first page that has received a UI overhaul is the Employment Lifecycle Sync page, which is step five in the Hire2Retire core setup process. Previously, the setup options for each of the four employment lifecycles – hire/rehire, update, termination, and leave – were presented in a single list that required users to scroll and find the specific lifecycle event they wanted to change. The new UI for this page places the four employment lifecycles in sections that can be compressed and expanded so that you can isolate the exact lifecycle or lifecycles you want to change.
The second UI overhaul has merged the final steps of the existing Hire2Retire Core setup process -security group and distribution list assignments – into one page, called “Group Memberships.” In the new Group Memberships page the potential setup options for security groups and distribution lists are split into separate tabs, allowing you to easily select and edit the specific groups you want to assign memberships to. The following group membership tabs will show based on the selected AD setup option:
On-Prem AD: Security Groups and Distribution Lists
Azure AD: Microsoft 365 Groups, Security Groups, and Distribution Lists
Hybrid AD (On-Prem + Azure): Security Groups, AD Distribution Lists, Azure AD Distribution Lists
