Hire2Retire’s new Reconcile tab displays every employee record processed when Hire2Retire receives a file extract or makes an API pull from the integrated HR system. With reconciliation reports, you can see every action Hire2Retire is taking to keep your HR to Identity integration synchronized, accurate, and updated.

Monitor HR Data Pulls in the New Reconcile Page

A new Reconcile page is now in all Hire2Retire workflows, showing key information about every data pull Hire2Retire performs from the integrated HR system. Filter your report data by selecting the date range to display information from and find exactly what you’re looking for. Reconciliation reports in Hire2Retire work for both file extract and API-based workflow setups.

Easily Click Through to View Processed Event Details

Every Hire2Retire reconciliation report displays the number of processed lifecycle events performed. Want to investigate the processed events from a specific report further? Clicking on the number of processed reports in a report takes you directly to the event details for that report, so you don’t have to go find it on the Observe page.
