Integrate UKG Pro, Paylocity, and Workday to AD or Google Workspace Using API Integrations with Hire2Retire

One of the biggest new features introduced in the Hire2Retire Phase 6.1 release is support for API-based Integrations with three leading HR systems: UKG Pro, Paylocity, and Workday. Integrating your HR system to Hire2Retire using an API connection allows users to synchronize employee lifecycles between their HR system and Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and/or Google Workspace. Where previously UKG Pro, Paylocity, and Workday integrations only used the traditional file extract method to acquire and define HR employee data, the API solution supports a delta file extract in addition to the full extract option.

Integrating HR to AD, Azure AD, and/or Google Workspace with Hire2Retire through an API solution is an easy and simple way to increase the scope of Hire2Retire’s employee lifecycle automation. API solutions allow Hire2Retire to schedule regular data extracts either daily or at specific intervals, enabling you to customize the data extract process to fit the exact needs of your HR system and business. Hire2Retire can also monitor these file extracts and automatically report any errors that occur in the file extract process, making Hire2Retire a “set it and forget it” solution. In addition, Hire2Retire uses API connections to write back business emails to HR Systems, enabling a two-way data flow that further eliminates the manual burden placed on Sysadmins to keep employee profiles consistent, updated, and accurate.
