Use ITSM Integration with Employee Lifecycle Management

As part of the Phase 5.1 release, Hire2Retire now supports native integration with ITSM within the Hire2Retire UX, allowing you to extend the power of Hire2Retire and automate your service management workflows.

IT Service Management (ITSM) integration, one of the most highly requested features by RoboMQ customers, is now live as part of the Phase 5.1 release. With built-in ITSM integration, Hire2Retire can now automatically create tickets, assign tasks, and trigger approval workflows in popular ITSM applications like ServiceNow, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Jira Work Management. ITSM Integration can help your IT and service fulfillment teams stay on top of tasks needed to complete onboarding, off-boarding, role changes, or transfer-related resource and asset provisioning, further enhancing the power of Hire2Retire automation.

While you design your workflow on Hire2Retire you can easily customize these ITSM tickets or issues with AD or Azure AD attributes, and once the workflow is deployed Hire2Retire can dynamically populate employee-specific attributes at runtime while creating tickets or issues in ITSM. Using ITSM integration with Hire2Retire can allow you to set up tickets that assign equipment and workspaces for new hires, retrieve and restock equipment from terminated employees, and much more.

By adding the power of ITSM Integration to Hire2Retire, we are now extending the business process integration between Human Resources (HR) and Identity Management (IT) to Service management for asset or resource allocation and approval workflows.
