As part of the Phase 7.4 release, Hire2Retire now natively supports Personio as an HR system, allowing for integrations with Active Directory (AD), Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Workspace.

Hire2Retire has added Personio as a natively supported HR system in the Phase 7.4 release. Hire2Retire automatically synchronizes employee profiles between Personio and Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Workspace using Personio as a Source of Truth (SOT). With Hire2Retire, organizations using Personio can provide a superior “First Day at Work” experience, avoid security and compliance risks, and save money on costly Sysadmin resources.

When new hires are onboarded into Personio, Hire2Retire will automatically create their profiles in AD, Entra ID, or Google Workspace, automatically update profiles for role changes and long-term leave, and revoke key system access in near-real time upon termination. In addition, Hire2Retire’s industry-leading Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) then auto-provisions accounts with access to key systems and places them in the correct security groups, distribution lists, and Office 365 groups.
