Integrate Paychex to Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Workspace with Hire2Retire

As part of the Phase 7.3 release, Hire2Retire now natively supports Paychex as an HR system, allowing for integrations with Active Directory (AD), Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Workspace.

Hire2Retire has added Paychex as a natively supported HR system in the Phase 7.3 release. By using Paychex as a Source of Truth (SOT), Hire2Retire automatically synchronizes employee profiles between Paychex and Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Workspace. With Hire2Retire, organizations using Paychex can provide a superior “First Day at Work” experience, avoid security and compliance risks, and save money on costly Sysadmin resources.

When new hires are onboarded into Paychex, Hire2Retire will automatically create their profiles in the organization’s Identity Provider (IdP). Hire2Retire’s industry-leading Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) then provides the accounts with access to key systems and places them in the correct security groups, distribution lists, and Office 365 groups. In addition, Hire2Retire automatically updates profiles for role changes and long-term leave and revokes access in near-real time upon termination. Plus, Hire2Retire can natively integrate with hundreds of Service Desks and third-party applications to automate IT ticket creation and much more!
