Hire2Retire Phase 8.3 makes it easy to auto-forward emails to managers when employees go on leave, customize HR workflow automation supervision options, and synchronize data from Paycloity in near-real time. Following a customer-driven roadmap, here are all the new features and enhancements added in Hire2Retire Phase 8.3:

Approve Rejected Supervised Run Mode Events

You can now approve rejected lifecycle events when using supervised run mode in Hire2Retire workflows. When viewing details for a previously rejected event, clicking the “Approve” button will approve and execute the lifecycle event.

Error Highlights for Essential Workflow Fields

Hire2Retire now highlights any incomplete or incorrect fields that block users from advancing in their workflow design. After saving, a red indicator line will point out any fields that need to be filled out or corrected, making them easier for users to locate and fix.

Support for Paychex Custom Attributes

Hire2Retire now supports Paychex custom attributes for data mapping to Identity Provider (IdP) setups. The supported data types for Paychex custom attributes are Number, Text, Boolean, and Date.
