While Vantage keeps elevators running smoothly and efficiently, behind the scenes their employee profile management process was often out of order. Sysadmins had to handle profile changes upon onboarding, offboarding, and role changes manually. With over 650 employee profiles spread across 12 locations, it was often a larger burden than they could effectively manage. Like when an elevator is out of service and everyone must take the stairs, the entire employee experience is weakened. A lack of efficient access provisioning and de-provisioning led to a poor experience for new hires and data risks upon termination. Vantage decided this problem needed a comprehensive solution that could keep their lifecycle management process on schedule, so they called RoboMQ.
