Modern skyscrapers can have well over 100 floors, which makes fast and reliable elevators an essential amenity. That’s why many of the world’s tallest buildings use Vantage Elevator Solutions to keep their elevators running smoothly. While Vantage keeps elevators running smoothly and efficiently, behind the scenes their employee profile management process was often out of order. Sysadmins had to handle profile changes upon onboarding, offboarding, and role changes manually. With over 650 employee profiles spread across 12 locations, it was often a larger burden than they could effectively manage. Like when an elevator is out of service and everyone must take the stairs, the entire employee experience is weakened.
