As part of the Phase 6.3 release, Hire2Retire has added an option to manually create, deactivate, and remove employee profiles on-demand for complete flexibility and control.

However, what if you need to create, adjust, or terminate a single employee profile as soon as possible? Now you can without ever leaving your Hire2Retire workflow, thanks to form-based employee lifecycle input that gives you the ability to manually create and control employee profiles.
It only takes two clicks to use form-based employee lifecycle input in your already deployed Hire2Retire workflows. Simply click on the “Upload HR Data” button in the top right of your workflow, fill in the key information for your employee profile, and click “Submit.” Hire2Retire will take care of the rest, automatically creating a new employee profile or adjusting an existing one depending on the employee ID.
