EarnUp's Journey to Automated HR-IT Synchronization
Almost everyone these days has some form of debt or loan payment and can relate to the struggles that come with managing the schedules those loans create. Matthew Cooper and Nadim Homsany watched their parents battle that emotional toll and decided that something needed to be done. Their idea was to automate the process by co-founding EarnUp.
EarnUp is a financial technology company designed to help people manage the schedules that come with mortgages, student loans, car payments, and more. Through EarnUp, those payments can be made automatically, saving both time and stress. However, as EarnUp established its name and grew, it began to face a similar struggle: managing employee lifecycles manually between ADP and Active Directory (AD). IT sysadmins and specialists were spending an enormous amount of time on tedious tasks like creating emails and accounts and giving system access. New hires were stuck waiting for access to apps and systems on their First Days of Work, and slow terminations were creating security risks for the company.
Matthew and Nadim needed to find an answer and once again turned to automation, searching the iPaaS marketplace for automated HR solutions.
Hire2Retire ADP to AD Integration Automates Lifecycle and Identity Management
RoboMQ proved to be the answer, implementing Hire2Retire as a complete no-code employee lifecycle management solution. Hire2Retire implements lifecycle changes in near real-time and streamlines both the onboarding and termination processes for EarnUp. Thanks to RoboMQ, EarnUp’s managers do not need to spend time worrying about employee lifecycle changes, proving that whether it is money management or employee lifecycle management, automation helps save everyone undue stress.
