A California-headquartered non-profit organization, the Center for Sustainable Energy is a leader in sustainable energy programs offering clean energy program administration and advisory services. With 25 years of experience, they help organizations, corporations, and individuals across the country reduce their ecological footprint. CSE utilizes an information technology backbone to provide energy audits, feasibility studies, and consulting services and create customized solutions that reduce environmental impacts and maximize returns per dollar. By combining customer-specific needs with commercialized products and government rebates, CSE aids in making changes that are good for the environment and the bottom line.
However, the process of onboarding new employees, creating profiles for them, and provisioning access became a tedious task for CSE as there wasn’t an automated process to streamline the various employee lifecycle events between ADP and Active Directory (AD).
