Integrate Your Organization’s ATS to AD, Entra ID, or Google Workspace with Hire2Retire

As part of the Phase 7.2 release, Hire2Retire now supports integrations with any ATS system, allowing for automated profile management in the pre-boarding lifecycle.

Hire2Retire, RoboMQ’s flagship no-code employee lifecycle management solution, already supports integrations with many of the leading ATS systems on the market, including ADP Recruiting, Paycom Onboarding, and Greenhouse ATS. But now, you don’t have to worry if your organization’s ATS is natively supported in Hire2Retire. That’s because, with the release of Hire2Retire Phase 7.2, you can create integrations to link any ATS to Active Directory (AD), Entra ID (Azure AD), or Google Workspace.
Setting up an ATS integration in Hire2Retire is simple. When creating a new Hire2Retire workflow, you can now select “Other ATS System” as an application, and choose whether to integrate it with AD, Entra ID, Hybrid AD, or Google Workspace. Then, provide the necessary information to link your ATS with Hire2Retire’s SFTP server as the entry point to receive candidate data, and continue building your Hire2Retire workflow.

Integrating your ATS with AD, Entra ID, or Google Workspace extends the power of Hire2Retire’s employee lifecycle automation to cover the applicant tracking and pre-boarding processes. Hire2Retire keeps all potential candidate profiles consistent, accurate, and organized within your organization’s directory service. In addition, when a candidate becomes a new hire, Hire2Retire can seamlessly transfer their employee profile to your organization’s HR system, auto-provision their profile with access to key systems based on their role, and even create tickets in your organization’s service desk to prepare any necessary hardware.
