Other Features and Improvements in Hire2Retire Phase 7.2

Hire2Retire has enhanced SLA Check features to ensure timely HR report delivery with customizable configurations and monitoring alerts.

Email write-back to HiBob is now supported.

Email forwarding during termination can now redirect a terminated employee’s emails to a manager or specified user.

The new enhanced email toolbar for lifecycle templates supports attachments, images, signatures, and advanced styling options.

API workflows are improved with delta polling, reducing redundant processing and ensuring full HR data synchronization.

Preboarding and onboarding processes are refined for a smoother transition aligned with practical business scenarios.
