What’s New in Hire2Retire Phase 4.4
Phase 4.4 of Hire2Retire is now live, bringing new features, adding new capabilities to existing features, and providing a better user experience. These improvements were chosen and implemented based on market needs and feedback from our customers.
As part of the 4.4 release, Hire2Retire now supports iCIMS, an applicant tracking system (ATS), providing fully automated preboarding integration for Hire2Retire users. With 4.4, Hire2Retire can create employee profiles and perform preboarding in Active Directory using a data feed from iCIMS. Then, it can update them with the requisite roles and privileges once a full profile is created in the integrated HRIS system. These improvements to the preboarding process reflect one of the most common requests from Hire2Retire users.
This release also improves Hire2Retire’s feature on the dynamic assignment of organization units (OU) in AD based on employee attributes in HR. The platform will now check for any predefined organization unit mapping rules before updating employee profiles. If it cannot find any rules that match, it will leave the profiles in their pre-existing unit. This improvement gives Hire2Retire users more flexibility to define and map their organization units as they see fit.
